Our one-of-a-kind fabulous Broadway Apartments are situated in a prime location of Kettering in a well-established friendly neighbourhood.

These two-bedroom luxury, boutique apartments are unique in style and design, only 10 minutes walking distance from the train station and town centre. 

All bedrooms enjoy high quality furnishings and linen. You will have a private living/dining space with a Smart TV, Virgin Media fast WIFI and TV package, full kitchen facilities including oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, a drying rack for clothing as well as a hairdryer and iron. 

Broadway Apartments will be your home away from home, providing everything for your comfortable stay. 

To maintain the high standards to all our guests we have a strict no smoking policy for indoor areas and unfortunately, we do not accept pets. 


PARKING:

There are NO allocated parking spaces for these properties. Parking is not reserved and is free to use providing availability. 


ACCESS

The apartments have a private entrance from the main road. You will get coded entry to let yourself in. We will be nearby if you need us for any further information or assistance. 

The ground floor apartment offers two large double bedrooms, fully furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen and stylish lounge with sofa bed. This apartment also has a private rear garden for guests to enjoy the fresh air of outdoors. 


Our top floor apartment also comprises of 2 double bedrooms, fully furnished and fully equipped modern kitchen and stylish lounge with a dining area. Linen is included.
